There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
- Phases 1 & 2 focus on weight loss, until 100% of your goal is met;
- Phases 3 & 4 concentrates on increasing your knowledge of better lifestyle choices and smarter eating habits so you are better able to sustain a stable, balanced weight after dieting.
Elements of the program include:
- An initial meeting to get you started on the right foot.
- Weekly support meetings to keep you on track.
- Telephone and e-mail support as necessary.
- A private website portal for additional support and education.
